The Practitioner Advice and Support Scheme (PASS)  is a local confidential, practitioner led advice and support scheme, available to all Northamptonshire dentists.

• PASS offers free confidential support and mentoring to colleagues in difficulty in the hope of resolving issues before the need for formal investigation. 
• We can help you reduce stress, resolve issues at an early stage and avoid disciplinary action. 
• We are here to support you, as fellow dentists we know how demanding life is for caring dental professionals like you. 
• If you or a colleague need confidential help, advice and support is available from one of our specially trained PASS Scheme Mentors.
